FIGHT FOR THE RIGHTS OF WOMEN!

         The Philippines has made remarkable strides in protecting the rights and freedom of women's, particularly with Anti- Violence Against Women and Their Children Act (VAWC) of 2004. It states that  it seek to protect children and women from an abusive by their intimate partners. This landmark legislation serves as a powerful protection of hope for women's who've suffered in silence and in the dark. Base on research that have been studies one out of five filipinos experienced physical violence since age of 15. The trauma and fear are palpable, but RA 9262 offers a comprehensive safeguard against physical, sexual, psychological and economic abuse. No longer must victims alone, we should love and protect them and not abuse them. National Indigenous Peoples Month 2024

 The theme of this 27th years Indigenous month is " Mga Katutubo at Katutubong Dunong:Pahalagaan, Pangalagaan, at Pangaralan". In this month we honored and nurtured he indigenous peoples and indigenous peoples. It plays a crutial role in promoting and protecting the rights and culture of indigenous peoples. It raise awareness o the indigenous peoples about their rights. With this celebration also, it preserve the culture and traditions of indigenous peoples and it's there time to showcase their traditional dances, rituals, believe and skills. Also this promotes equality for all pilipino's, that many of pilipino's we're forget because many of us is suffering from bullying. In this month also, we addresses historical injustices and combatting discriminations. The Birth of the 6th President

Elpidio Quirino's early life and career were marked by determination, hard work, passion and a commitment to public service. He was born Vigan City, Ilocos Sur, on November 16, 1890, he was raised in a family that values education. he pursued his dreams and studies at the University of the  Philippines, earning many praises and gratitude, the best example is when he earn a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1915. He worked out to support his education and part-time jobs. After passing the bar exam in 1916, he began his dreams and practice law.  Quirino's career took a significant turn when he entered public service. In 1919, he was appointed as a member of the Philippines Commission, where he contributed  to legislative work. His performance caught the attention of political leaders, leading his election as a representative of Ilocos Sur n House of Representative in 1925.
